Private Pilates Lessons
A Private Pilates lesson is one-on-one, personal instruction designed to meet your individual needs and goals. Privates are beneficial for everyone, but they are essential for beginners to learn the fundamentals of Pilates and for those seeking pain relief and rehabilitation.
They are also beneficial for those who want to address issues such as posture and body alignment, work on specific areas of the body, improve technique, correct bad habits or progress their practice to the next level.
Our experienced teachers treat every student as an individual. We develop programs specifically for your body. We listen and evaluate each student and then customize a program for you. We will educate you about your body, teach you how to move with greater ease and support you in meeting your goals.
All private Pilates lessons are 55 minutes in length, and are scheduled by appointment.
Duets and Trio Pilates Lessons
A Duet is a semi-private Pilates lesson for 2 people, and a Trio is for 3 people. Students typically bring their own partner(s), and are at similar skill levels.
You will be strategically guided through exercises on mat and Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Tower and Chair. Our teachers have access to over 30 different apparatus, props and tools in the studio.
All duet and trio Pilates lessons are 55 minutes in length, and are scheduled by appointment. Duets and Trios cannot be scheduled online. Please call the studio to schedule.
