At the forefront of practical brain plasticity the Franklin Method shows you how to use your brain to improve your abilities in any area.
Bringing together disciplines from western and eastern science, sports psychology and somatics; The Franklin Method is clear and practical, beneficial and useful for professional and lay people alike. The Franklin Method uses a rich variety of movement ranging from; everyday activities (standing, walking and sitting) to dynamic stretching, Franklin Balls, creative movement, rhythm, and coordination exercises.
